Payment & Delivery

Our website shop is powered by Shopify who will securely process your details and payment. Team Quack Snacks will dispatch your order as soon as possible within 1-2 days, Monday to Friday.

Payment Security: If using a debit/credit card and requiring Quack Snacks to be delivered to an address that’s different to the one your debit/credit card is registered to, you will need to supply both a “Shipping” address for the delivery and a “Billing” address that matches your debit/credit card details. Otherwise your payment will fail Shopify’s security checks and be declined.

Standard Delivery is £2.00 per order (whether you order one or more packs).

Express Delivery is £4.00 per order (again, whether you order one or more packs).

We generally ship via Royal Mail’s 48 (Standard) and 24 (Express) services – but may use UPS or Amazon Logistics as required.

We’re sorry, we only ship to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Produced in a facility that processes nuts. Store in a cool dry place. Wash hands after use.
